Norris Geyser Basin
The oldest, hottest, most acidic, and most dynamic of Yellowstone’s Geyser Basins, Norris Geyser Basin is also home to the largest geyser in the world, Steamboat Geyser.

An otherworldly sight, Roaring Mountain is covered in steam vents expelling super-heated water from across the face of this broad hillside.

A massive wall of obsidian, Obsidian Cliff is not only an incredible sight to behold, but one of the most important archeological sites in Yellowstone due to it’s widespread use by native Americans for millennia.
